Group Programs are a great way to connect with others & learn new coping skills! 

Summer Groups

Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy In this 8 session program your teen can learn how to use cognitive methods and mindfulness meditation to interrupt the automatic processes often triggering depression and anxiety.  
Your teen will learn how to tune into their thoughts and emotions and "Wise Mind" so that they can feel big emotions while also making safe, healthy and effective decisions, without impulsive behaviors that often make the situation worse.  
Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy for Depression Relapse Prevention (MBCT) is now recognized as a “treatment of choice” for recurrent depression by the National Institute for Clinical Excellence (NICE).

$35.00 per session
LIMIT TO 5 PEOPLE PER GROUP

Weekly DBT Groups

Monday:

6:00 pm Adult DBT Skills

Tuesday:

5:45 pm Adolescent DBT Skills

Wednesday:

6:00 pm Young Adult DBT Skills

Cost: $75.00 per skills session


Problematic behaviors evolve as a way to cope with a situation or attempt to solve a problem. While these behaviors might provide temporary relief or a short-term solution, they often are not effective in the long-term. DBT assumes that clients are doing they best they can, AND they need to learn new behaviors in all relevant contexts. 

An intake appointment and weekly therapy appointments are required to participate in DBT Groups



Group Life Coaching

Content relates to (1) creating breakthroughs for success (2) removing blocks to success (3) lifestyle balance. Note that they are not psychological services as they are life-coaching groups that run as they are filled.
